Terms of Service.

By using Tracka AI, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via your dashboard or email.

Tracka AI is designed for the Australian mobile workforce. You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your field crew has explicitly consented to GPS tracking during active job hours.
• You do not use the service for illegal surveillance or unauthorized tracking.
• Your account credentials remain secure and private.

All pricing is in AUD. We offer two primary structures as outlined on our pricing page:

• Flexi-Track: Billed per job at a rate of $5.00. Invoices are generated at the end of each month.
• Unlimited Pro: A flat monthly fee of $69, billed in advance.

Failure to settle invoices within 14 days may result in temporary service suspension.

While Tracka AI utilizes high-precision GPS and AI for route confirmation, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to external factors such as atmospheric conditions, hardware failure, or telecommunications outages. Tracka AI is not liable for any loss of business or damages resulting from service interruptions.

You may cancel your "Unlimited Pro" subscription at any time via the dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Flexi-Track users may stop using the service at any time with no cancellation fees; you will only be billed for jobs completed up to the date of cessation.
