Failure to settle invoices within 14 days may result in temporary service suspension.
While Tracka AI utilizes high-precision GPS and AI for route confirmation, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to external factors such as atmospheric conditions, hardware failure, or telecommunications outages. Tracka AI is not liable for any loss of business or damages resulting from service interruptions.
You may cancel your "Unlimited Pro" subscription at any time via the dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Flexi-Track users may stop using the service at any time with no cancellation fees; you will only be billed for jobs completed up to the date of cessation.
