To provide automated GPS tracking, we collect the following data points:

  • Technician Location: Real-time GPS coordinates only during active job sessions.
  • Business Data: Business email, crew details, and job logs used for reporting.
  • Customer Contact: Email or phone numbers provided for the purpose of sending arrival alerts.

2. How We Use GPS Data

Location data is used exclusively to facilitate workforce transparency. Specifically:

  • To generate the live tracking link sent to your end customers.
  • To calculate ETA based on local Australian traffic conditions.
  • To provide "Proof of Visit" logs for business records.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. All communication between the field app and the dashboard is secured via SSL/TLS. Private tracking links are temporary and automatically expire once a job is marked as "Complete".

4. Third-Party Sharing

Tracka AI does not sell your data. We only share information with third-party infrastructure providers (such as map API providers) necessary to render the service. These partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
